| Day 1 - Saturday, July 2 |
- Depart North America for Bilbao, Spain
|
| Day 2 - Sunday, July 3 |
- Arrive Bilbao, met by private bus for the 1 hour transfer to San Sebastian for the 19th Donosti Cup, Spain's #1 youth tournament.
- 7 night stay in a 4 star hotel - players & coaches share 3 to a room and have breakfast daily. Adults stay in the same 4s star hotel with breakfast included daily - based on 2 or 3 per room.
- Team & Player registration at Anoeta Stadium for all teams taking part.

| Day 3 - Monday, July 4 |
- The 18th Donosti Cup games begin today in the 1st Phase - teams are divided into pools of 4 or 5 teams, playing on a league basis. We can expect to play every day with a total of 4, 5 or 6 games.
- The top 2 teams in each pool comprise the Championship Finals, and the bottom 2 teams play in the Consolation Series.
- The Opening Ceremony takes place this evening.

| Day 4 - Tuesday, July 5 |
- Donosti Cup games continue in the 1st Phase. In between games, we enjoy a visit to Concha Bay for swimming. Visit to Anoeta Stadium.
- Back to hotel for dinner and Party at the Ice Skating Rink.

| Day 5 - Wednesday, July 6 |
- Take the funicular railway to the funfair at the top of Monte Igueldo.
- Donosti Cup Games continue & 1st Phase league positions are decided.
- Special Coaches' Soccer Match this evening.

| Day 6 - Thursday, July 7 |
- The Donosti Cup Quarter & Semi Finals commence.
- Day trip into South Western France - we visit the charming harbour resort of St Jean de Luz and also Biarritz.
- Donosti Cuo International Party this evening.

| Day 7 - Friday, July 8 |
- Semi Finals are concluded today with all finalists decided.
- Donosti Cup Party and Coaches Dinner.
|
| Day 8 - Saturday, July 9 |
- 19th Donosti Cup Finals' Day, with Awards Ceremony.
- Closing Ceremony and Farewell to participating teams.
|
| Day 9 - Sunday, July 10 |
- Transfer to Bilbao Airport (1 hr) to check in 2 hours before your flight home to North America.
